The HT-1060PG is a heavy-duty automatic die-cutting and stripping machine designed for high-precision, high-output industrial packaging. Engineered with a robust base cast from QT60 nodular graphite iron, it operates at speeds up to 9,000 sheets per hour (8,500 s/h under active stripping) with 305 metric tons of cutting pressure.
This flagship model offers an advanced three-frame stripping unit with automated top-frame lift, quick-lock tool integrations, and automatic protection windows. Controlled by Mitsubishi PLC components and a motorized pressure adjustment mechanism, the HT-1060PG processes thick cardboard and corrugated substrates up to 4mm with a register precision within ±0.075 mm.
