The HT-1050T (referred to as HT-1060T in field specifications) represents the cutting edge of industrial foil stamping machinery. Primarily deployed in high-end cosmetic, spirits, and luxury packaging, it combines a longitudinal and transversal foil pull system with an advanced 16-zone intelligent heating grid.
Integrating high-performance Yaskawa servo drives and a computerized stamping program operating on Windows OS, the HT-1050T achieves foil advance accuracy with an error tolerance under 1mm. Features like non-stop main/vice feeding pallets, optical monitoring on all guides, and a platform blow device make high-speed stamping on thin paper substrates highly efficient and stable.
